Incident Summary:

01/23/2003: Fazal Wahab, an anti-Taliban writer in Afghanistan, was shot and killed inside a shop in the Pakistani town of Swat. Witnesses say three or four gunmen burst into the store and opened fire killing the storeowner, Fazal, and fatally wounding a young store clerk.
