01/15/2003: A public bus operated by the Sotrapenol Company was machine gunned by presumed members of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) between the towns of San Carlos and San Rafael in Colombia’s Antioquia Department. Four civilians were killed, seven were wounded, and two more have been declared missing.
