Incident Summary:

01/11/2003: A car bomb detonated by individuals suspected to be members of the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC) in Tame, Colombia left the driver and a Colombian soldier wounded. The driver of the car in which the bomb was concealed claimed to have been forced to drive the car and was unaware of the presence of explosives in the vehicle.
