12/13/2002: An explosion occurred at the 30th floor restaurant of Teqendama apartments and hotel in Bogota, Distrito Capital, Colombia. At least 32 people were injured, three of which were in critical condition. The explosion is believed to have originated in a package that was left by a guest. No group claimed responsibility for the incident and motive is unknown. The hotel is owned by the Colombian military.
