Incident Summary:

11/23/2002: Two local government officers, a mayor and municipal secretary, were found dead in a rural area of Tame city, some 450 kilometers northeast of Bogota, Arauca Province, Colombia. The Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC)was suspected responsible for the attack. The victims were allegedly kidnapped by the FARC on November 23, 2002.
