Incident Summary:

11/13/2002: About 10 perpetrators attacked three parishes within Ogur, Lira district, Uganda, burning and looting the village. At least seven were killed, three injured, and 23 abducted from the incident. The Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) was suspected responsible for the attack.
