Incident Summary:

04/04/2002: Sixty troops from the Philippino 60th Infantry battalion discovered a 100-man force of the New People's Army (NPA) outside of Boston Town in Davao Oriental province. It is not known which side began the ensuing firefight. 10 NPA members were killed overnight. 5 Philippino soldier were killed and seven others were injured.
