Incident Summary:

2/17/2002: Militants fired several rockets in Rajouri town, Jammu, India. Three of the rockets hit a Himalayan private school and two fell into a nearby stream. The school was damaged but there were no reports of injuries. It is believed that the assailants were targeting the Army divisional headquarters.
