02/15/2002: Two suspected Maoist rebels set fire and then exploded a bomb in the Land Revenue Bureau in Kathamandu, Nepal, injuring eight people, shattering windows and damaging the walls of the building. It was the second time in a week that Maoist rebels had exploded a bomb at a government office.
