2/12/2002: Unidentified militants opened fire on the private home of L Ibomcha Singh, a member of the Federal Party of Manipur, in Keisamthong, Manipur, India. No one was injured in the attack. The assailants also opened fire on the home of Singh's political rival. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
