12/22/2001: Maoists threw a bomb at the home of Chiranjibi Wagle, a Nepalese government minister, in Chitwan district, Narayani Zone, Nepal. Wagle was the chief negotiator for failed peace talks with the Maoists. No one was home at the time of the incident, but the house was badly damaged in the explosion.
