Incident Summary:

12/3/2001: Three suspected Maoists exploded a bomb in a carpet factory in Lalitpur City, Bagmati Zone, Nepal. The assailants left a bag at the front entrance to the factory; they warned workers that they had 30 seconds to evacuate before the device exploded. One person was killed, while another three were injured; one of the injured died later in hospital. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
