Incident Summary:

08/16/2001: Kamal Muallam, a taxi driver, was killed and four of his passengers were injured when his car overturned near Nablus in the West Bank. Eyewitness reports indicated that Mr. Musallam lost control of the vehicle after being hit on the head by a stone thrown though his windshield from a passing car bearing Israeli registration plates. An unidentified group of Jewish extremists was believed to be responsible.
