Incident Summary:

3/11/2001: A bomb placed in the car of the Vedeno District Deputy, Raybek Tevsiyev, exploded around 12pm as the vehicle traveled with an armed escort vehicle near the village of Serzhen-Yurt in Vedeno District, Russia. Tevsiyev and an officer in the escort escaped with minor injuries, but serious damage was done to the vehicles. No group claimed responsibility for the incident.
