03/10/2001: Two Chechen women were seriously injured by an explosion in a café in the district center of the Kurchaloy a town in Chechnya. Authorities believed that Chechen rebels perpetrated the attack because of the café’s staff decision to serve Russian federal servicemen. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
