Incident Summary:

2/19/2001: An explosive device detonated on a playground in Lalpora, Kupwara district, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Several teenage children discovered it and were playing with it when it exploded. One 13-year-old boy was killed in the explosion and at least three more were injured. It is not known who left the device in the playground.
