Incident Summary:

10/07/2000: Four explosions occurred in locations throughout Santiago de Cali, Colombia, causing "extensive" damage and injuring seven. The explosions were caused by two car bombs and two other explosives. One of the explosions occurred at a car dealership in northern Cali. Ejercito de Liberación Nacional (ELN) was suspected in the attack.
