8/20/2000: An improvised explosive device (IED) was discovered on a stone wall at a farm in Syreford, Gloucestershire, Great Britain. The homemade bomb consisted of at least one plastic bottle filled with explosive liquid, a timer, and 500 metal nuts. The timer had failed to go off. It is unclear whether the device was intended to target a fox hunt or was a failed test. No group claimed responsibility.
