8/13/2000: Islamic extremists slit the throats of two children playing in a field near Tipaza town, in Hattatba municipality, Algeria. The assailants fled following the incident. No group has claimed responsibility but sources speculate that the attackers were led by Miloud and included elements of the Armed Islamic Group and El-Ahouel.
