6/25/2000: An improvised explosive device (IED) detonated in the Markas Mosque in the town of Guntur, India. The bomb had been left in a black bag inside the building and exploded shortly after evening prayers. At least one person was injured in the attack and the mosque suffered minor damage. No one claimed responsibility for the attack.
