05/26/2000: On either the 26th or 27th of May, eight unknown gunmen in Indonesia's Aceh province kidnapped 2 gas plant workers and demanded four billion rupee ($476,190) ransom. Both workers, who were with Exxon Mobil (formerly Mobil Oil Indonesia), were released hours later.

Criteria 1
