Incident Summary:

3/16/2000: A crude low intensity bomb exploded in the crowded shopping Sadar Bazar district in New Delhi, India. At least seven people were injured in the explosion and two were in critical condition. U.S. President Clinton was scheduled to arrive in the area three days after the explosion, but authorities state that the explosion is not linked to the presidential visit. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
