Incident Summary:

02/15/2000: Andy Amante, a senior accountant for the Philippine Federation for Natural Family Planning was abducted near Talipao town in the Philippines. Amante was travelling with companions in a car that was stopped by armed men who identified themselves as members of Abu Sayyaf Group (ASG). The other people in the car were not abducted during the attack.
