11/09/1999: Maoist insurgents entered the house and killed Thakur Neupane, chairman of Nepali Congress Lamjung District committee, in Lamjung, Nepal. On July 25, 2000, police arrested Mohan Hari Poudyal, Maoist commander of Gandaki Zone, who the linked to the attack.
