Incident Summary:

10/17/1999: An explosive device was set off on the balcony of the home of Nebojsa Andric, a Serbian opposition leader for the Democratic Party, in the southwestern town of Valjevo, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia. Slight damage to the entrance and gate were reported, but there were no injuries. Members of the opposition alliance, including Andric, believed that this was a politically motivated, state action against the opposition.
