Incident Summary:

06/29/1999: Unidentified militants gunned down twelve migrant laborers from Madhya Pradesh in Sangam, Jammu and Kashmir State, India. The perpetrators, armed with reportedly sophisticated weapons, forced their way in to the brick kiln where the migrants were sleeping and fired indiscriminately, killing all of the laborers.
