Incident Summary:

06/22/1999: A bomb exploded outside the offices of the Interior Ministry in Moscow, Russia, as explosive experts were attempting to safely defuse it using a robot. At approximately 9:00 am local time, the bomb had been discovered in a package in the lobby of the Ministry by a police officer, who noticed a ticking sound. The blast damaged four cars belonging to the Interior Ministry and shattered six windows. The guard's booth and fence were also damaged, but no casualties were suffered in this incident. The perpetrators of this incident were unknown.
