Incident Summary:

06/03/1999: In Congo, Ninjas loyal to Former Prime Minister Bernard Kolelas opened fire on a large truck traveling from Kinkala to Brazzaville. Sixty civilians, mostly sick women and children, and three soldiers were killed in the attack. It was unknown whether there were any injuries suffered as well.
