Incident Summary:

11/26/1998: A huge explosion destroyed a diesel pipeline between the Digboi oil refinery and Tinsukia, India. Immediately after the explosion, a fire broke out and the pipeline was blown off from both sides. Police suspected that the attack was perpetrated by the United Liberation Front of Assam, though no official claim of responsibility was issued by the group.
