Incident Summary:

11/15/1998: Allied Democratic Forces (ADF) rebels attacked the Karago Trading Center in Kabarole, Uganda, killing three people and abducting 24. The three victims were shot and had their throats slit by the rebels. One of the rebels was also injured in a counteroffensive by the Uganda People's Defense Forces. The fate of the kidnapped victims was unknown.
