Incident Summary:

09/17/1998: In the city of Beitunia in the West Bank, Jewish settlers opened fire on a group of Palestinians walking home from school, killing one of the teenagers. An unidentified Israeli official said the youths had been throwing rocks at the settlers' car. There were no injuries reported.
