01/14/1998: A small explosion went off on the outskirts of Yekaterinburg, Russia, as the governor of Sverdlovsk Region, Eduard Rossel, drove past on his way to work. The chauffeur managed to swerve away and nobody was injured. No group claimed responsibility for the attack.
