Additional Information The incident occurred at 2:45 AM. Neal Long asked a security guard in the old federal building where Glatt was. He then preceded to shoot Glatt in the head. Long was also accountable for the shooting of fifteen African American men in the Dayton Ohio area between 1972-1975.
