Police believed that the stolen dynamite was used by the Black Panthers in this attack as well as in four other incidents taking place in Iowa during May and June 1970 (197005130001, 197005220003, 197006130001, and 197006210001). |

The act must be aimed at attaining a political, economic, religious, or social goal. In terms of economic goals, the exclusive pursuit of profit does not satisfy this criterion. It must involve the pursuit of more profound, systemic economic change.
