START frequently has the opportunity to offer elective courses as a part of the University of Maryland’s Undergraduate, Global Terrorism Studies Minor and Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Analysis.

Interested parties should complete the following webforms:

Applications are encouraged from faculty members, advanced doctoral students, and homeland security professionals. Course proposals should not duplicate existing courses in the Global Terrorism Studies Minor or Graduate Certificate in Terrorism Analysis but should offer new and innovative approaches to teaching and learning.

Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and may be submitted for courses to be taught during the University of Maryland’s Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer I and Summer II terms. Courses can be taught in-person on the University of Maryland campus or online in a fully synchronous format.

Questions about teaching opportunities should be directed to education-start@umd.edu.
