Three of START's 75 Fall interns are interviewed in this video about their START projects, some of their hobbies and their plans for the future. Patrick Niceforo, a junior at the University of Maryland from Buffalo, N.Y., is a Special Projects intern working with Lauren Pinson to research Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) Terrorism. Kasey Schumacher, a junior at the University of Maryland from Bowie, Md., is also working with Pinson on CBRN research.

Jonathan Blaisdell, a senior at UCLA from San Diego, Calif., is a Special Projects intern working with Brandon Behlendorf researching open source terrorism on transnational criminal organization in Eastern Europe. START offers internships in Communications, the Global Terrorism Database, Naval Research Laboratories, Special Projects, and the State Department. START offers internships each semester and throughout the summer.
