Justice Research and Statistics Association Features a Profile of START

In its quarterly newsletter The Forum, the Justice Research and Statistics Association (JRSA) features a profile on START's progress and accomplishments during the Center's first two years up and running.

START was launched 2005 at the University of Maryland with support from the Office of University Programs in the Science and Technology Directorate within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS). START is a DHS Center of Excellence with a mission of improving understanding of the human causes and consequences of terrorism through scientific research rooted in behavioral and social science.
