Braniff participates in World Summit on Counterterrorism

START Executive Director William Braniff was among the international experts who recently gathered at the World Summit on Counterterrorism hosted by the International Institute for Counter-Terrorism in Israel earlier this month.

The conference was centered on constantly changing nature of terrorism. In particular, it explored the evolution of the terrorist threat in the face of an evolving environment and a growing diversity of terrorist actors. The conference also discussed how counterterrorism policy and strategy can best address this elusive threat.
