Incident Summary:

07/20/2020: Assailants attacked the district governor's office in Obe district, Herat, Afghanistan. At least nine people, including one Afghan Local Police (ALP) officer and eight assailants, were killed and 16 other people, includng three officers and 13 assailants, were injured in the ensuing clash. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to the Taliban.
