11/22/2018: An explosive device detonated near an Iraqi Volunteer Forces inspection mission near Khawaja Khalil, Nineveh, Iraq. At least two soldiers were killed and four other soldiers were injured in the blast. No group claimed responsibility; however, sources attributed the attack to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL).
