09/09/2014: Assailants abducted a civilian south of Sheikh Zuweid town, North Sinai governorate, Egypt. His beheaded body was found with a note pinned to it the next day. Ansar Bayt al-Maqdis (Ansar Jerusalem) claimed responsibility for the incident, stating that the victim was a spy for Mossad, the Israeli intelligence agency.
