Incident Summary:

08/16/2014: Assailants attacked residents and buildings in Kaje village, Marte district, Borno state, Nigeria. This was one of three attacks on villages in Marte district on August 16, 2014. At least seven people were killed and an unknown number of buildings were damaged across attacks. No group claimed responsibility for the incident; however, sources attributed the attack to Boko Haram.
